Transforming Trauma into Purpose
Trauma-informed mental health practice and spiritually integrated psychological frameworks across individual, community, and organizational contexts.
Clinical thought leader integrating evidence-based mental health care, trauma-informed leadership, and holistic, person-centered psychological frameworks to guide ethical practice, organizational resilience, and human-centered impact. Media, advisory, and executive engagement spanning mental health systems, ethical storytelling, and spiritually integrated psychology.

I work at the intersection of clinical leadership and ethical storytelling, where mental health systems, culture, and lived experience meet. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful and sustainable impact requires both clinical integrity and narrative responsibility. Whether leading programs, advising organizations, or developing media, I focus on creating psychologically safe, inclusive, and resilient environments that support healing, dignity, and long-term growth.
My work bridges clinical practice, individuals, couples, community gathering, group facilitation and ethical storytelling to transform lived experience into initiatives and narratives that promote emotional wellbeing, cultural humility, and authentic human connection across healthcare, media, and community systems.
I bring a systems-level perspective informed by clinical training, spiritual psychology, and years of experience translating complex lived experience into actionable frameworks across behavioral health services, community-based programs, and impact-driven media. My approach integrates evidence-based mental health practice with holistic, person-centered and human-centered leadership to advance ethical care, LGBTQIA+ affirming, organizational resilience, and social impact. With a background spanning clinical mental health, trauma-informed care, entertainment leadership, and spiritual psychology, I apply a relational and culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+ affirming, lens to leadership, program development, and content creation.
As a clinical leader and practitioner, I support organizations in building ethical, relationally attuned, and sustainable environments grounded in best practices. As a filmmaker, storyteller, and speaker, I develop impact-driven content that amplifies underrepresented voices and advances public understanding of mental health, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, women’s leadership, and spiritual meaning-making.
I am deeply committed to expanding access, opportunity, and representation for marginalized communities, and to advancing models of care and storytelling that honor agency, dignity, and purpose. I believe meaningful change occurs when leadership centers both outcomes and humanity and when clinical rigor and narrative power work together.
I collaborate with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, networks, and mission-aligned brands seeking thoughtful leadership, responsible storytelling, and measurable social impact.
